Frequently Asked Questions

Planning a coach-bus advertising campaign.

What is coach-bus advertising?

It is out-of-home advertising displayed on an eligible commercial motorcoach. Motion Works Media coordinates the campaign while the participating transportation operator continues to control lawful vehicle operations.

How is it different from a mobile billboard truck?

A coach campaign uses a large passenger motorcoach that may already be traveling through approved service markets. A dedicated billboard truck is typically rented and operated specifically to display advertising.

Where can campaigns operate?

Potential markets include Las Vegas, regional destinations, conventions, events and multimarket programs. Every commitment depends on participating operators, eligible vehicles, schedules and lawful access.

Can a campaign cover multiple states?

Yes. A campaign may be coordinated across Nevada, California, Arizona, Utah or other markets when suitable operator service and vehicles are confirmed in writing.

How long does a campaign run?

Programs may be short-term, monthly, extended or recurring. Production timelines and the economics of the wrap often make longer campaigns more efficient.

What affects campaign pricing?

Key factors include duration, number of vehicles, market, wrap coverage, production specifications, installation, removal, reporting, exclusivity, event timing and rush requirements.

Are production and installation included?

They are coordinated by Motion Works Media but may be quoted separately from media management. The Campaign Order identifies the approved costs and responsible parties.

How are impressions and exposure estimated?

Estimates require campaign-specific information such as operating markets, schedules, traffic data and an accepted measurement method. General traffic counts alone are not presented as guaranteed impressions.

Can we target conventions or major events?

Campaigns can be planned around conventions, sporting events and other high-interest periods, but a specific route, venue or access point is not guaranteed unless confirmed in the Campaign Order.

What reporting is available?

Depending on the campaign, reporting may include installation photographs, vehicle records, operating information, GPS documentation, quality-control records and a completion report.

How far in advance should we plan?

Planning should begin early enough to confirm vehicles, approve creative, produce the graphics and schedule installation. Complex, multi-vehicle or event campaigns require additional lead time.
